Mat and Barre Classes are always ongoing and held on a drop-in basis with no appointment necessary.
5 week sessions are offered for all classes at an extreme discount.

Equipment Classes are by appointment only and must be pre-paid for
prior to scheduling. 
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. 
New clients must complete a Private Introduction Appointment ($25)
before they are permitted to take Equipment Classes.

All classes are 55 minutes in length.
Class cards and packages expire 3 months after date of purchase and are non-refundable.
Cash and checks are only accepted in the studio.  Online paypal payments must be made before scheduling appointments.




Class Levels

There are a variety of classes that are labeled with levels in order to help clients choose an appropriate level for their ability.   

Basic classes are catered to clients that are fairly new to the Pilates Method.  These classes work through the basic exercises and verbal cues associate with Pilates.  Basic classes are suggested for new clients or those that might be working around special physical needs. 

Advanced classes and power mat classes are for clients that are well versed in Pilates and have no chronic injuries (or know their limitations).  These classes move at a rapid pace and contain advanced movements.  Clients should be able follow verbal cues and fully understand the Pilates principles.

Classes not labeled are considered general fitness classes.  These classes work at an intermediate level.  Clients should be able to follow verbal cues, understand their own limitations and be able to work safely through the exercises.











Class Guidelines

For safety against injury and for the courtesy of other clients, please arrive 5 minutes prior to the start of class. 
Jumping in late on a class without a proper warm-up can be extremely harmful to your body and lead to injury. 
Late admittance to class is not allowed.

Inform your trainer before class of any injuries that you may have.

Before signing up for Equipment Classes please take at least one private session ($25) with a trainer so we can educate you on the safety of the machines.  We also have beginner classes available that will help clients work on proper technique.

Please check the website frequently for class cancellations or changes. 

Classes are subject to be cancelled due to low participation.
