PILATES MAT OR BARRE/MAT CLASSES - NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY

Matwork classes are taught using the classical techniques developed by Joseph Pilates over 100 years ago.  Learn to support the spine and strengthen all muscles using your core.  This class will work on achieving long lean muscles through flexibility and core strengthening moves.  These classes follow the guidelines of a classical mat workout but may incorporate small pieces of apparatus such as Pilates rings, foam rollers, light weights, resistance bands or stability balls.

Barre/mat class is an innovative class using the principles of ballet and modern dance in order to achieve grace, poise, flexibility and leg strength.  No dance experience is necessary.  Approximately 20 minutes of class will be spent at the barre executing various leg exercises and stretches.  The remaining portion of the hour will be spent on the mat incorporating core and upper body work.

EQUIPMENT CLASSES - APPOINTMENT ONLY 

Equipment Classes allow up to three people to work side by side on the reformer, chair or barrel.  These classes allow clients to gain the results of a private session with other clients of the same fitness level at an affordable price.  If you are new to the studio please complete an Introduction Private ($40) before signing up for general level classes. Due to limited space, these classes are by appointment only with a 24 hour cancellation policy.

Equipment class rates are per person.  Please note that all equipment classes MUST be pre-paid in order to schedule an appointment.  In the event that someone misses an appointment without giving a 24 hour notice, a session will be deducted from the package.  There are no exceptions to this rule.

INDIVIDUAL PRIVATE SESSIONS - APPOINTMENT ONLY

Private sessions are catered to the needs and goals of the client using equipment and matwork to achieve maximum results.  Private sessions are perfect for clients that may have physical limitations where one on one attention will allow the trainer to work around specific issues and give modifications. 

Please note that private sessions must be pre-paid for in order to schedule an appointment.  If an appointment is not cancelled within the 24 hour time frame, the client is still monetarily responsible for the session missed. 

SKYPE VIDEO APPOINTMENTS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE AS INDIVIDUAL PRIVATE SESSIONS

SPECIAL REQUEST APPOINTMENTS $90 PER HOUR

Special request appointments are available at $90 per hour for studio time.  Special requests can be a private party mat or barre class or a semi-private appointment with a friend.  Special requests can be scheduled and paid for online by booking a private appointment time slot.  If an appointment is not cancelled within the 24 hour time frame the group is still monetarily responsible for the full $90 rate for that hour.
