All services are by appointment only with payment in advance. 

 

A 24 hour notice is needed in order to cancel an appointment without a full charge. 

 

Clients can use the online scheduling system in order to schedule, cancel or change any appointments. 

Services are nonrefundable and have a six month or less expiration date.

Private sessions are catered to the needs and goals of the client using equipment and matwork to achieve maximum results.  Private sessions are perfect for clients that may have physical limitations where one on one attention will allow the trainer to work around specific issues and give modifications.

REFORMER CLASSES

 

Equipment classes allow three people to work side by side on the reformer, chair or barrel.  Due to limited space, classes are by appointment and must be pre-paid.  Rates are per person.

MAT/BARRE

CLASSES

 

Mat classes are taught using the classical techniques developed by Joseph Pilates over 100 years ago.  This class will work on achieving long lean muscles through flexibility and core strengthening moves. These classes follow the guidelines of a classical mat workout but may incorporate small pieces of apparatus such as rings, foam rollers, light weights, resistance bands or stability balls.

Barre class uses principles of dance in order to achieve flexibility, leg strength and long lean muscles.  Half of the class is spent at the barre executing various leg exercises and the remainder of the hour will be spent on the mat incorporating Pilates exercises to strengthen the core and upper body.  This class is great for all fitness levels.
